Returns

Each Âme piece is chosen by your spirit, not just your style, which is why all sales are final unless there is a genuine issue. 

We do not offer returns for change of mind, as every jewel is one-of-a-kind, created and selected with deep intention. 

However, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will always honour your right to a replacement, repair or refund in the following cases: 

  • The item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described 
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order 
  • You provide clear photos and a brief explanation 

 If your request is approved, we will offer: 

  • A repair (whenever possible) 
  • An exchange for a similar item 
  • Or a refund, depending on the issue 

 We do not accept returns due to: 

  • Change of mind 
  • Natural inclusions or colour variations in gemstones (these are part of the stone’s unique story) 
  • Mishandling or improper care
